Doctors Host/ Hostess - Maastricht

Doctors at Soap was founded in 2013 and is known for injectables, skin and laser therapy. There are now 7 clinics with 22 cosmetic doctors, 8 skin therapists and 10 assistants who work with the latest techniques and treatments. For example, Doctors at Soap was recently nominated for the Dutch Beauty Award 2022/2023 with its latest treatment, the 'Mesobo-tox'!

In May we can finally open the doors of our newest (and eighth) clinic in the south of the country. To strengthen our team in Maastricht, we are immediately looking for Doctors hostesses/assistants. As a Doctors host/hostess you are the first point of contact for our clients and therefore you represent the image of the clinic. In this position you provide support and assistance to the treating cosmetic doctors and skin therapists. Your duties include: welcoming clients, taking before-and-after photos, managing the agenda and maintaining client files and stock.

About you
- Proven work experience (3+ years) in a similar role;
- You have experience in customer service;
- You have an affinity with external care;
- You are flexible, problem-solving and representative;
- You are available for at least 16 hours a week and you have no problem working on weekends;
- You live in the Maastricht area.
