DOCTORS AT SOAP cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need to perform (and improve) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and the use of our services with care.

We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and agenda management software. The starting date for the validity of these terms and conditions is 26-03-2023, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. This privacy policy describes what information about you is collected by us, what this information is used for and with whom and under what conditions this information may be shared with third parties.

We also explain to you how we store your data and how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have with regard to the personal data you provide to us. By using the website and our booking system, you leave certain information with us. This also happens with us in the context of the execution of the treatment agreement. This could be personal data. Online store software Magento

Our online store was developed with software from Magento. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Magento has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Magento is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the use of SSL encryption, a strong password policy and secure data storage. Magento reserves the right to share collected data within its own group and affiliated partners to further improve services. Magento takes into account the applicable legal retention periods for (personal) data.
 


Web hosting

Our online store was developed with software from the Magento, we have chosen a different party for our web hosting.

Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Our web hosting party has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Our web hosting uses the legal standards to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are made regularly to prevent data loss.
 

Email and mailing lists

Our website uses an external party that receives e-mail traffic from
handles our website and sending any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via the servers from this provider. The implementation and management will be done by our own employees. Your name and email address will never be used for your own purposes.

At the bottom of every email sent automatically via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click here you will no longer receive emails from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website!
 
 
Reviews

We collect reviews via the Salonized and Kliniekkennis.nl platform. If you leave a review via our website, you are required to provide your name and email address. Salonized and Kliniekkennis.nl share this information with us, so that we can link the review to your order or treatment. In addition, Salonized and Kliniekkennis.nl have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. We never publish your email and full name, only your first name and the content of the review.
